The training and learning platform, Classgap for Enterprise, makes it easier for companies to train their employees in a more flexible and customized manner.

Each employee will have the opportunity to develop those skills that your company considers as most needed for the fulfillment of the objectives (languages, technical skills, specific software…).

Unlike the traditional business learning method in which a teacher gives the class face-to-face, in the company’s offices, through Classgap for Enterprise, employees will have access to a wide range of hours in which to do classes with a private, online teacher. This way they will be able to have the class with the teacher from anywhere, without moving and losing classes for fixed days.

In addition, the pedagogical coordination team provides companies with a training consultancy accompanied by a tailored employee training plan for each company.

Group classes for companies

Group classes are the maximum of four people with a subject specialist. By grouping employees that have the same level within the subject or start from scratches, classes are created in a personalized manner but with greater interaction between participants.
