Overview
In the Overview section you will see an overview of the training of your employees. The pack of hours contracted and the hours that have already been carried out.
Employees
In the employees section you will have a complete list of those employees in training. By clicking on each one of them, you will see their detailed information: when their classes are, how many they have done, which teacher is giving them...
Group Classes
Access the different groups you have created and their classes, you will be able to see the status of the training: who attends the classes, when they are scheduled, which teacher is giving them...
One to One lessons
You also have at your disposal the information about your employees with private classes, the established timetables, assigned tutor, timetable changes, absences...
Invoicing
Do you need your training invoices quickly? In the Invoices section you will immediately have access to the training courses you have contracted.

What happens to training hours if an employee leaves the company?
No problem, you can assign those hours to other person(s).
What if I don't like the teacher?
If your employees are unhappy with the teacher assigned to them, the teacher can be changed without any problem.
How much notice is required to change a class?
For the convenience of our teachers, we ask not to change a lesson 12 hours before it is scheduled to take place.
How long do the online classes last?
You can choose the duration of the classes, but we recommend 1 hour classes to guarantee a more dynamic class.
