TYPES OF TRAINING FOR COMPANIES

Although companies sometimes carry out internal training for their employees, there are subjects that require a specialist to further deepen the knowledge and also to acquire recognition for the training.
Within the training for employees we will find two modalities: classroom and online.

We are used to use face-to-face training format, where the teacher comes to the company to give the classes, this type of training is very comfortable due to the proximity of the teacher, however it does not contemplate the possibility of adapting to a setback, either by the employees or the teacher himself, classes are scheduled and the margin to make changes is limited.

Another of the advantages of classroom training is the personalization of the sessions, the tutor is present in the training process of the employees so he sees his evolution and will adapt the sessions to their learning process, so there is an adaptation of the content to the needs and training  level of employees.

On the other hand, we find online training, within which there are different typologies:

  • E-learning.

One of the advantages of this typology is the schedule, your employees can start the training when they want, since they do not need the availability of a teacher to carry it out. Another obvious advantage is that you do not have to travel to a study centre to carry out the training, any place with internet access is valid for carrying out this training.

In spite of showing this facilities, there is a great disadvantage, due to the absence of the figure of the teacher, the evolution of the students will not be controlled. This means that there is no adaptation to the training needs of the employees and the total understanding of the content may be compromised.

  • Training by video:

As its name suggests, it is a training through videos pre-recorded  by a teacher, in which he explains the content of the subject.

As in e-learning, its advantages are both the complete freedom of the schedule to carry it out, and the geographical relocation. In this case we should add that the figure of the teacher does exist, as the content is accompanied by an explanation by the teacher, the classes are more enjoyable and easy to understand, so that the learning will be easier. However it does not replace a real teacher, so the learning reminds compromised because, when the employees generate doubts, these can not be resolved at the time by the teacher.

We cannot forget either that the personalization an adaptation of the classes to the employees is not taken into consideration, since the videos and tutorials are pre-established, so it will not take into account the demands of the workers and companies.

  • Customized online training:

Since standardization is the main weakness of online training, is it possible to customize it? The answer is yes.

Online training has eveloped to overcome the barriers of both conventional online and face-to-face training.

This type of training is given by a teacher specialized in the subject, through a virtual classsroom, in which the teacher is by videoconference to explain the subject. You will also have a virtual blackboard for your explanations, and the possibility of sharing documents and screens for your presentations.

Thanks to this mode, we manage to overcome both the barriers of time and place involved in face-to-face training, since the flexibility of schedule is much greater and in addition to saving transport time, you can do the class remotely from wherever you want.

It also solves the problem of dehumanization of online training . Through this method, we achieve the personalization of the classes and their content in addition to being able to monitor the students and their learning process.

Every company is a world, so a standardized training program would not be an optimal solution for the training needs of employees.
Customize online learning allows for a greater adaptation of training programs thanks to its flexibility, as well as lower costs.

To ensure this customization, an audit is carried out to find out the real needs of the company, and our experts will advise the training system that best suits them, either through group or individual classes.
The teachers can be chosen or replaced in case they do not adapt 100% to the needs of the group.
